Question on XCode

What about Command-Shift-Y? It's in the "Run" menu, and opens the  
debugger window, but also brings it to the front if it's already open  
but obscured.

(And if you ever want one for a menu command that doesn't have one,  
remember that you can create your own keyboard shortcuts.)
